  1. I had a love and hate relationship with garnishes and my instructor knew it. About a month and a half ago he gave me an instructional manual on making garnishes (written in french).

    I know two words in french but hey, look what happened.


    I have used blanched courgettes and carrot ribbons, a sharp paring knife and loads of patience.
